69 Minutes Games ("we", "us", or "our") operates the 69 Minutes mobile application (the "Game"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Game.

The Game itself does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. We collect minimal data to operate the Game:
- Game Data: High scores, achievements, and gameplay statistics are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
- Device Information: Our third-party advertising partner may automatically collect certain device information as described below.
Advertising
The Game displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (operated by Google LLC). AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve ads, including:
- Device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID / IDFA)
- IP address
- Device type, operating system, and version
- General location (based on IP address, not precise GPS)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

You may opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:
- iOS: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS 14.5 and later, the Game will request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before collecting your IDFA for personalized advertising. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized to your interests.
Children's Privacy
The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] so we can take appropriate action.
Data Retention
Game data (scores, achievements) is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain servers that store your personal data. Advertising data is handled by Google AdMob according to their data retention policies.
