Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the 69 Minutes mobile application ("Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a compatible iOS device that you own or control, subject to these Terms.

2. Age Requirement

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the Game, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

3. Game Content

The Game is a work of satire and comedy. All advertisements, brand names, product names, and company names depicted within the Game are fictional parodies created for entertainment purposes. They do not represent real products, services, or companies. Any resemblance to actual brands is coincidental and intended as social commentary on advertising culture.

4. Advertising

The Game is free to play and is supported by real advertisements served by Google AdMob. These real ads are clearly distinguished from the fictional in-game parody ads that are part of the gameplay. By using the Game, you consent to the display of advertisements.

5. In-App Purchases

The Game currently does not offer in-app purchases. If in-app purchases are added in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Game
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Game's operation
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Game

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, text, code, sounds, and game mechanics, is owned by 69 Minutes Games and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Google Maps-style visual design in the Game is a stylized artistic interpretation and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 69 Minutes Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
